Acknowledgements

As an applicant for membership in the National Foundation Repair Association, Inc., you (and/or your company) agree to abide by the Code of Ethics, Advertising Standards, and By-Laws of the association and to mediate all disputes between yourself and other members or the public in accordance with the procedures defined by the By-Laws of the association. The applicant understands any violation of the principles of the Code of Ethics may be considered grounds for termination of membership and that any decision regarding membership termination is at the sole discretion of the association's Board of Directors. You further agree to be bound by ANY decision of the Board of Directors and agree to make no claim or file any cause of action resulting from any decision of the Board of Directors, including, but not limited to termination of the applicant's membership.

Memberships, as defined by the bylaws are:

Contractor(s): Any individual or company whose primary business is the repair of foundations.

Associate: Any individual or company other than Contractor members.

Membership Fees:    Contractor - $395.00 per year    Associate - $300.00 per year

ALL RENEWING MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:

  • 1. Check for the amount of membership or pay online with a credit card.
  • 2. * Certificate of Insurance evidencing a minimum $500,000 general liability insurance. *

ALL NEW MEMBER APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:

  • 1. Check for the amount of membership or pay online with a credit card.
  • 2. * Certificate of Insurance evidencing a minimum $500,000 general liability insurance. *
  • 3. * Credit references from three major suppliers or three credit/payment arrangements contractors may have with product or service providers or a Dun & Bradstreet report with acceptable payment history.*
  • 4. * In active business for a minimum of three years under the company’s name or DBA name.*
  • 5. * Applicant agrees to forward to the association a Certificate of Insurance each year evidencing renewal of general liability insurance.*
